Unlocked
hood:

Make
sure
the
wiper
arms
are
not
raised
up
from
the
windshield.
Otherwise
the
paint
could
be
damaged.
Opening
the
hood

Plug-in
hybrid
drive:
switch

ignition
off
be-
fore
releasing
the
hood
so
that
the
gasoline
en-
gine
does
not
start
automatically.
