TROUBLESHOOTING CHART
Engine does not start.
Possible cause Remedy
Side stand is extended and gear is
engaged.
Fold in side stand.
Clutch is not pulled. Pull back the clutch lever in neutral or when
a gear is engaged.
Fuel tank is empty. Fuel grade ( 109).
Battery is drained. Charging a connected battery ( 139).
Overheating protection for starter motor
has triggered. Starter motor can only be
actuated for a limited period.
Leave the starter motor to cool down for
around 1 minute until it becomes available
again.
Bluetooth connection is not established.
Possible cause Remedy
Necessary pairing steps were not
performed.
Refer to the operating instructions of the
communication system for the necessary
steps for pairing.
The communication system is not con-
nected automatically despite successful
pairing.
Switch off the communication system of
the helmet and connect again after one to
two minutes.
Too many Bluetooth devices are stored in
the helmet.
Delete all pairing entries in the helmet (see
the operating instructions of the communi-
cation system).
There are additional vehicles with Blue-
tooth-capable devices nearby.
Avoid simultaneous pairing with multiple
vehicles.
