Manual Description
It includes a two-way microswitch built in the lever mechanism that outputs a signal to the engine control unit whenever the gearshift is operated. The rider must always be aware that active safety systems have a preventive function. Using tires with different size from the original tires may alter the operating characteristics of the system.
This control activates when the user acts on the rear brake during a sufficiently strong braking also at the front. Using the two brake controls separately reduces the motorcycle braking power. Using just one of the two brake controls separately means using the motorcycle braking power only partially.
Never use the brake controls harshly or suddenly as you may cause rear wheel lift-up and lose control of the motorcycle. Always use the brakes very gently and carefully when riding under these conditions. Keeping the brakes applied all the time would cause the friction material to overheat and reduce braking power dangerously.
