Manual Description
The instructions found in this owner's manual are limited to adjustments of the shock assembly only. Bounce the rear of the motorcycle up and down and check for smooth suspension action. Push the rear wheel sideways to check for worn or loose swingarm bearings.
Tighten the push rod lock nut to the specified torque at the desired pedal height. Be careful whenever you remove the reservoir cap; make sure the reservoir is horizontal first. Excessively loose spokes may result in instability at high speeds and the possible loss of control.
A tilted valve stem indicates the tube is slipping inside the tyre or the tyre is slipping on the rim. Follow all instructions in this owner's manual regarding tyre inflation and maintenance. Use an accurate gauge to measure the air pressure in your tyres before each off-road ride and whenever you return to pavement after riding offroad.
