utes for all the oil to drain down.

Check the engine oil level through the oil level
inspection window i
n the lower right side of the
engine. With the vehicle level front-to-rear and
side-to-side, the oil level should come up between
the upper and lower
lines next to the oil level in-
spection window.

If the oil level is too high, remove the excess oil
through the oil filler opening using a syringe or
some other sui
table device.

If th e oil level is to o
low, add the oil to reac h the
correct level. Use the same t ype and brand of oil
that is already in the engine.

Can lock the rear wheels causing an accident
and injury.

OW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
Check engine oil level before operating vehi-
cle, and add oil if it is low.
NOTICE
If the engine is run without oil, it will be se-
verely damaged.
Oil and/or Oil Filter Change

Warm up the engine thoroughly, and then stop it.
•
Place a n oil pan beneath the engine.
