2017 KTM FREERIDE 350 2017 — Owner's Manual
Different tire tread patterns can make the vehicle significantly more difficult to control. This will barely reduce the speed but fuel consumption will be considerably lower. The components for parking the vehicle are designed only for the weight of the vehicle.
The fuel in the fuel tank expands when warm and can escape if overfilled. High-speed and low-speed refer to the compression speed of the rear wheel suspension and not to the vehicle speed. Smaller weight differences can be compensated by changing the spring preload.
Both throttle cables must be routed to the throttle valve body side by side behind the handlebars and below the seat fixing. Other tires could have a negative effect on handling characteristics. The tires mounted on the front and rear wheels must have a similar profile.
