Whenever possible it should be installed and properly adjusted when the seat is occupied. Pull up the head restraint until it reaches the highest adjustment position. Failure to follow these instructions may interfere with the front passenger seat sensing system.

Move the front seats all the way to the full front and full up positions to ease access. Push up on the outside rigid edge of the filter and rotate toward the front of the vehicle once tabs are released. Push in on the center of the outside edge of the filter and rotate up into the housing until it clips into position.

The head restraint consist of a trimmed foam covering over the upper structure of the seatback. Rotate the seatback upward until the seatback latches in the upright position. Rotate the armrest rearward until the armrest is in the latched position.
