To clean or wash all parts of master cylinder, disc brake caliper and wheel cylinder, use clean brake fluid. E Burnish the brake contact surfaces after refinishing or replacing drums or rotors, after replacing pads or linings, or if a soft pedal occurs at very low mileage. Besides electrical system inspection, check brake booster operation, brake fluid level, and fluid leaks.
Each control unit transmits/receives data but selectively reads required data only. In some cases, it will be necessary to check symptom by driving vehicle with D customer. For an intermittent malfunction, it is important to reproduce G symptom based on interview with customer and past examples.
In this case, it will be H effective to shake suspected harness or connector by hand. When repairs are performed without any symptom check, no one can judge if malfunction has actually been eliminated. Conduct appropriate inspection from the display item list, and repair or replace malfunctioning component.
