Automatic traffic rerouting may not provide a detour route depending on circumstances. You can specify a different search distance for freeways/highways and surface streets. Choose various settings that determine the navigation system functionality during route guidance.
The navigation system temporarily interrupts the screen display to view the guidance screen as you approach a guidance point. This button has the highest priority and overrides all other display control adjustments listed below. Set whether to display a straight guideline to the destination or waypoint.
Saving your current location does not change or cancel your current route. The functions that are available from the map screen depend on the map scale. Press on the traffic incident icon to view a pop-up message describing the incident in detail.
