Manual Description
See Removing/Installing Main Fuse. The 30 amp main fuse can be removed to disconnect power from the motorcycle's entire electrical system (except starter motor/solenoid). The main fuse is located behind the left side cover. To prevent the security system siren from sounding (if equipped), turn the ignition switch ON with the handsfree fob present to disarm the security system before removing the main fuse.
To remove, grasp the fuse holder in one hand and the plastic body of the main fuse in the other. Pull the main fuse straight out of the fuse holder.
