The operation can be cancelled by moving the lever in the direction opposite to which it was operated. Wait until the weather clears before trying to drive with the wipers inoperative. The sensitivity of the rain sensor can be adjusted by turning the switch on the wiper lever.
It is recommended that the auto-wiper lever be switched to the position other than when driving the vehicle under rainy conditions. Do not use sharp instruments or window cleaners with abrasives to clean the inside of the rear window surface. This can usually be found where the hanging antenna wire is attached to the motorhead unit.
Verify that the programming has been erased when you resell the vehicle. Applying the brakes with the unaccustomed left foot could slow your reaction time to an emergency situation resulting in insufficient braking operation. The indicator light on the electric parking brake switch turns on when the switch is turned on.
